JAN CHR. OPSAHL,
Chairman of the Board

Opsahl is a Business Administration graduate from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland, and is a Sloan Fellow of the London Business School/Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Opsahl was previously Director of Marketing for Dyno Industries and Unitor, as well as President of Tomra Systems and TANDBERG. He is now Chairman of the Board in TANDBERG, TANDBERG Television and Tomra Systems, and Vice-Chairman of the Board in Komplett. He joined the Board of TANDBERG in 1996 and has been the Chairman since 1997.

ANDREW M. MILLER
Chief Executive Officer

Miller joined TANDBERG in January 2002 as the Company’s CEO. He has many years of senior management experience in the tele-communications and networking industry, both at Northern Telecom and at Cisco Systems. As a member of Cisco’s Executive Management team, he was an integral part of Cisco’s growth in the U.S. and abroad and held key positions including Director of Federal Sales, Director of Cisco’s Multiservice Sales Division (Voice, Video, Data), Vice President of Marketing and most recently, Area Vice President, U.S. Sales. Miller is a Business Administration graduate from the University of South Carolina and an MBA.

RALPH HØIBAKK
Høibakk has a Master’s degree in physics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and an MBA. He is currently a partner in Høibakk Invest AS, and has previously held a number of leading positions in Norwegian technology companies. He sits on the Board of several quoted and unquoted companies. He was appointed to TANDBERG´s Board in 1988.

AMUND SKARHOLT
Skarholt started his professional career working six years for Nordenfjeldske Dampskibsselskab in accounting and finance. After that he joined IBM, holding key positions including Director of Operations for IBM Europe in Paris from 1987 to 1990. From 1991 until 2003, Skarholt was Deputy Group CEO in The Securitas Group, an international company with 700 branch offices and 125,000 employees. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Bravida.

GRACE REKSTEN SKAUGEN
Skaugen has a Doctorate in laser physics from Imperial College, London and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). She has extensive experience in finance and for the past nine years has been a Director of Corporate Finance at Orkla Enskilda, one of Scand-ianvia’s leading brokerage firms. Skaugen is a member of the board of Statoil and Storebrand. She joined the Board of TANDBERG in 2003.

PATRICIA S. AUSETH
Patricia S. Auseth has a Bachelor’s degree in international marketing and export studies from E.S.A.D.E in Barcelona and I.C.A.D.E in Madrid, Spain. Patricia has been with TANDBERG for five years, first as Major Account Manager in Norway, then Country Manager for Denmark, and mentor for the Lead Generation Managers. She is currently responsible for the Partner Program in Europe and Asia and is one of the two employees’ representatives on the Board.

HALLGRIM SAGEN
Sagen has a Master’s degree in product design from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He has been with TANDBERG for five years as a designer, mechanics developer and project manager. He has been an employees’ representative on the Board of Directors since April 2003.
