Chariman control is a H.243 standard which enables one person to control the camera in a videoconference, and thereby decide which speaker will be seen in full-screen by the meeting participants.The TANDBERG on-screen menu is used to ‘turn over the floor’ to the various speakers at different videoconferencing sites.
