Fredrik Halvorsen,
Chief Executive Officer
Fredrik Halvorsen, Chief Executive Officer, has been with TANDBERG since June of 2005. He has also held the role of Chief Financial Officer, responsible for financial operations and acquisition strategy. He joined TANDBERG from McKinsey & Company, where he served an international client base across Europe and Asia, most recently as the leader of McKinsey's South East Asia Corporate Finance Practice. Fredrik holds a degree in Business Administration from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, with majors in Finance and Economics. The Finance major was obtained at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. While earning his Business degree Fredrik concurrently completed the first and second part of law school at the University of Bergen.
Rick Snyder,
President of Global Businesses
Rick Snyder joined TANDBERG in April 2005 and since October 2009 has served as President of Global Businesses. This role includes responsibility for Global Services, Global Accounts, Global Channels, and the Advanced Solutions Group. Previously, Rick served as President of TANDBERG Americas theatre. Prior to joining TANDBERG, Rick served as CEO of ReView Video, a value-added distributor of conferencing products and services. Rick has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, and he has held executive positions at Williams Communications, Executone, Octel, and Bell Atlantic. Rick is vice-chairman of the IMCCA, a not-for-profit association representing the Collaborative Conferencing industry. Rick graduated from Loyola College with a degree in Business Administration.
Larry Satterfield,
President, Americas Commercial Sector
Larry Satterfield is responsible for the Commercial Sector at TANDBERG, bringing 20 years of selling and team development to his role. Larry oversees all aspects of Commercial sales and business development in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Prior to joining TANDBERG, Satterfield served as a Sales Leader at Dell where he managed a sales team that drove over $400M in annual revenues. Before Dell, Larry was the head of Sales & Business Development at William Communications Solutions where he oversaw a team of 900 sales professionals that generated $1.2B in distribution, managed services, and professional services revenue. Larry has also had leadership roles at Nortel Communications and Bell Atlantic.
Joel S. Brunson,
President, Amercias Public Sector
Joel Brunson is responsible for the Public Sector at TANDBERG, including the distribution model for delivery of TANDBERG solutions, full profit and loss ownership, and the establishment of new alliances. He joined the company in 2006 as President of TANDBERG Federal, where he focused on optimizing distribution channels while delivering TANDBERG video solutions to the U.S. government. Prior to TANDBERG, Joel was Vice President of Federal for Avaya and held various management roles in public sector sales, field finance and operations at Storage Technology Corporation. He is an active member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronic Association (AFCEA). Joel received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics and Chemistry from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and an MBA in Finance from Loyola College.
Geir Langfeldt Olsen,
President, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
Geir Langfeldt Olsen is responsible for sales and operations in the EMEA theatre. Previously, he was responsible for strategy and business development. Geir has also held sales positions within the company leading the Southern and Central European region. Prior to joining TANDBERG in 2003, Geir worked for McKinsey & Company, Inc. and was a member of McKinsey's Leadership Group for Financial Services. Geir graduated with a Master's degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration with a co-degree from UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management, specializing in International Finance and Economics.
Odd Johnny (OJ) Winge,
Executive Vice President, Products
Odd Johnny (OJ) Winge leads TANDBERG's products group, with responsibility for product strategy, product development and pricing. He previously headed sales and operations for TANDBERG's EMEA theatre. Since joining TANDBERG in 2003, OJ has also managed sales, marketing, and technical support in UK/Ireland, Nordics and Emerging Markets and was Regional Director for Central Europe. Prior to joining TANDBERG, OJ was with McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he was a Leadership Group member in the Telecom Practice, and worked in a range of industries with business development, improvement programs and mergers and acquisitions. OJ graduated with a Master's degree in Business and Economics, with a dual degree in Finance and Accounting, from the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo.
Steven Peri,
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Steven joined TANDBERG in April of 2005. He oversees all legal matters for the company worldwide.
Prior to joining TANDBERG, Steven was the managing partner of Peri & Stewart LLC, a firm which specialized in the representation of Scandinavian companies in their US legal affairs. He has also held senior level positions in the legal departments at two Fortune 500 companies.
Steven is a frequent lecturer on Scandinavian and American business topics. In addition, he has a long history of participation as a board member in a number of Scandinavian American organizations, including the Norwegian American Chamber of Commerce, which he has served as President. Admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey, he is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds an A.B. degree, cum laude, from Princeton University.
Marjorie Lao,
Chief Finance Officer
Marjorie Lao heads TANDBERG's global finance and accounting functions. She previously managed TANDBERG's merger and acquisition activities and continues to be involved with M&A projects. Marjorie is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining TANDBERG, she held key positions with both the Finance and Accounting Department of Procter and Gamble, and the Corporate Finance group of McKinsey. She graduated as a Baker Scholar, with High Distinction, from the MBA program of Harvard Business School.
Johan Jemdahl,
Senior Vice President, Global Operations
Johan Jemdahl is responsible for TANDBERG's global operations, which includes sourcing, procurement, manufacturing and logistics. He previously held leadership positions in Sweden, Brazil and the United States within supply chain, operations and general management. Prior to joining TANDBERG, Johan was Head of Global Logistics for Ericsson. He holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
Håkon Dahle,
Chief Technologist
Håkon Dahle joined TANDBERG in 1992 and has served as the company's Chief Technologist since April 2004. He is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and technology partnerships.
Prior to joining TANDBERG, Håkon served in the Royal Norwegian Navy as a second lieutenant. Håkon received a Master's of Science degree in Computer Science from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH).
Jean Rosauer,
Senior Vice President, Global Marketing
Jean Rosauer directs all aspects of the company’s global marketing operations. She oversees brand strategy, internal and external communications, digital strategy, global integrated campaigns, and market intelligence. Jean also leads alliance, channel and global account marketing as well as product and solution marketing. Jean’s organization has won multiple awards, including Webby Official Honoree, AR 100 Annual Report and a Markie, and was recognized, in collaboration with the Products Group, for a Frost & Sullivan Best Practice. Prior to joining TANDBERG in 2002, Jean held senior level corporate marketing and product management roles at companies including 3Com (U.S. Robotics) and Mitsubishi. Jean holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS with High Honors from the University of Illinois.
