TANDBERG products are sold in Latvia by dealers.
The dealers act as the importer of the equipment into Latvia.
Thus the dealers have the legal responsibility to:
- Register as the WEEE producer in Latvia.
- Provide arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from TANDBERG products that the dealer sells in Latvia.
