TANDBERG products are sold in Malta by dealers. The dealers act as the importer of the equipment into Malta. Thus the dealers have the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Malta.
• Provide arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from TANDBERG products that the dealer sells in Malta.
