TANDBERG equipment is sold in Malta by dealers. The dealer acts as the importer of the equipment into Malta. Thus the dealer has the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Malta

• Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from TANDBERG equipment that the dealer sells in Malta
