A Centre of Excellence is an accredited, dedicated demonstration
facility setup by a partner at their own premises to show and
demonstrate TANDBERG solutions. There are set criteria which a partner
must meet in setting up a Centre of Excellence for them to be awarded
this accreditation. The criteria cover room size, layout, furniture &
lighting, demonstration equipment, branding, demonstration training and capability.
Accredited Service Partner
TANDBERG Accredited Service Partners are committed to a high quality
service practice that provides on-going service and support allowing
customers to realize the maximum return on their investment. In order
to be recognised as an Accredited Service Partner, partners have to
undergo a stringent accreditation process and on-going assessments
that measures their competency and ability to deliver TANDBERG branded services.
Total Service Fulfillment Installation & Maintenance Partner
Partners holding the TANDBERG Total Service Fulfillment Installation and Maintenance
certification are accredited by TANDBERG to deliver installation and maintenance
services on TANDBERG Telepresence T3 systems. Partners undergo a strict
accreditation process and must maintain a stringent set of certifications
in order to demonstrate their capabilities.
Total Service Managed Service Provider
TANDBERG Total Service Managed Service Providers are accredited by TANDBERG
to deliver networks capable of delivering a high quality video experience and
Video Managed Services to customers. TANDBERG Total Service Managed Service Providers
are subject to a stringent yearly audit that covers all aspects of managed service
delivery, from network provision to VNOC engineering skills.
VC Specialist
A VC Specialist partner has extensive expertise in visual communications
and TANDBERG products. They typically have a broad skill set across the
full product range in order to deliver a total solution to customers. As
well as product knowledge they offer the highest level of delivery,
implementation and service to the customer supporting their solutions.
AV Specialist
AV Specialists have expertise in room integration. They have especially
good knowledge of the TANDBERG integrator products and how they work in
room environments with other technology such as AMX controls. Most of their
business with TANDBERG is in these integrator products and some network
infrastructure. A typical AV integrator will have a specialist VC team with
a good level of sales and technical knowledge on video conferencing.
System Integrator
System Integrators are focused around networking, operating environments,
storage and contact centre technologies. They therefore have specialist
skills in these areas as well as in consulting, integration and managed
services to create customized solutions.

of delivering a high quality video experience and Video Managed Services to customers.
