Platinum Partner
TANDBERG Platinum partners are recognized for providing exceptional customer satisfaction through their capability to integrate and support TANDBERG solutions and their commitment to grow the Visual Communications market with TANDBERG. Platinum partners are the most dedicated level of partner, demonstrating the highest level of commitment to TANDBERG through their loyalty, level of resources, training, customer support, equipment, facilities, volume of business, joint marketing and working closely with TANDBERG on all customer accounts.


Premier Partner
TANDBERG Premier partners are recognized for a high level of expertise in TANDBERG technology and their commitment to TANDBERG. Their value is in their competence, customer support, level of resources as well as being committed to growing the visual communications market with TANDBERG. Again they show this commitment through their level of training, customer support, and volume of business.


Authorized Partner
This is the entry level for any new partners or for partners that do not fit into a specific business solution. Authorized partners have a basic competence in TANDBERG technology.

Channel Development Partner
In certain territories, TANDBERG may appoint a Channel Development partner (CDP) to manage and develop a set of TANDBERG enVision partners on its behalf. TANDBERG Channel Development Partners are recognized for providing satisfaction through their capability to manage selected TANDBERG enVision Partners within a specific geographical/market area. CDP’s are firms that are recognized for their expertise in local markets and have the ability to effectively support selected TANDBERG enVision Partners through pre-sales support, joint selling, training, and demos. These partners are responsible for helping build the market for TANDBERG, providing first level technical support to those Partners, and identifying candidate partners for certification by TANDBERG and CDP.

There is a rigorous process involved in becoming an Authorized partner and advancing to a Platinum partner, which requires appropriate investment in TANDBERG demonstration equipment, support services and employee training to prove their skills and experience.

In addition, TANDBERG has also launched the new Centre of Excellence and Accredited Service Partner programs to recognize partners with exceptional demonstration facilities and service practices.
