FINANCIAL MARKET RISK

The Company is exposed to fluctuation in the NOK/USD currency rate as the short-term deposits are nominated in USD. In addition, a long-term loan to a subsidiary are nominated in USD, but no currency gain/loss is recorded on the loan as the loan is considered part of the net investment in the subsidiary.
