Installation Services

Installation Services ensure that TANDBERG customers receive the best possible start to their visual communication experience:

  • Satisfaction is guaranteed through correct installation of products on the customer's network
  • Customers are able to make immediate use of their video systems, ensuring rapid return on investment

Remote Installation

Remote Installation provides a convenient solution for customers with a 'hands on' approach to technology. Customers who choose remote installation receive telephone and video assistance from a TANDBERG Authorized Partner or from TANDBERG directly.

On-Site Installation

With On-Site Installation, customers benefit from on-site installation expertise delivered through a TANDBERG Authorized Partner or TANDBERG directly.

An on-site product installation will ensure:

  • correct assembly and connection of all product components
  • programming of network ID numbers
  • product testing

With both Remote and On-Site Installation, customers enjoy the following benefits:

  • pre-installation support including advice on network provision, electrical requirements, and room layout
  • basic user training including system start up and familiarization with features and functions, either remotely or on-site, depending on the option chosen

Note:
All installation services are carried out by TANDBERG or an Authorized TANDBERG Partner. In EMEA and APAC, installation services are always provided through a partner, and not directly from TANDBERG.
