My TANDBERG products does not send HD resolutions to my TANDBERG MXP endpoint when the Motion / sharpness trade off is set to Balanced. What shall I do?

To send 720p 30fps to MXPs, set your TANDBERG products's Motion / sharpness tradeoff to Favor sharpness or configure your MXPs as pre-configured endpoints with the Motion / sharpness tradeoff set to Favor sharpness.
